SEBASTIEN BRETEAU Sebastien Breteau es un empresario, inversor y agricultor de aguacates. Es el fundador y director general de QIMA, un proveedor de soluciones para la calidad y el cumplimiento de la cadena de suministro global de bienes de consumo y alimentos.
Fundada en 2005, QIMA se asocia con 11.000 marcas, minoristas e importadores de todo el mundo, para asegurar y gestionar su cadena de suministro global a través de una plataforma tecnológica única. La empresa se ha convertido en un actor principal, que emplea a más de 3.500 personas en 35 oficinas y opera en 85 países. En 2013, Sébastien creó la Fundación Breteau, una organización sin ánimo de lucro cuyo objetivo es proporcionar educación digital a los niños de los países en desarrollo. Actualmente hay 30.000 niños inscritos en su programa.

Sebastien Breteau también es un inversionista activo privado en Europa, China y Estados Unidos y ha invertido en más de 50 empresas emergentes en todo el mundo.
EMMA BECKER Directora ejecutiva Emma es la Directora General de la Fundación, responsable de la aplicación de la estrategia de la Fundación y dirige nuestro programa educativo global. Ella dirige nuestra innovación tecnológica y garantiza el funcionamiento eficiente de la Fundación, necesario para el éxito en el terreno con los alumnos y los profesores. Aporta a la Fundación una gran experiencia en educación y tecnología. Previamente, Emma ha trabajado durante 6 años como consultora de educación en una amplia gama de escuelas en todo el Reino Unido y es una experta en la implementación estratégica, operativa y técnica de soluciones tecnológicas educativas para toda la escuela. Anteriormente, Emma fue profesora durante 6 años en escuelas secundarias de Australia y el Reino Unido, defendiendo el uso de la tecnología en el aula. Emma es licenciada en Educación y en Ciencias Geográficas e Inglés por la Universidad de Queensland. MONA EWEES MKUMATELA Gerente de País Mona is passionately driven by her belief that every single child in the world deserves a high-quality education.She is responsible for teacher training and classroom technology implementation in our South African schools. She herself has been a teacher and school principal for the first 14 years of her career working both in the primary school and high school context in the United States and South Africa. Mona holds a Master’s degree in Math and Science Education and United States National Board Certification. NATASHA ABDEL-BAKI Gerente de País Natasha is our Country Manager in Lebanon, she is responsible for the implementation of the Breteau Foundation’s digital education programme for Syrian refugees and vulnerable Lebanese children in the region, including the management of the Breteau Foundation Mobile Education Bus. Driven by her strong belief that education is fundamental to building strength during human suffering, Natasha passionately joined the response to the Syrian crisis in her home country. Natasha is an experienced teacher, having taught for 8 years both in Lebanon and Qatar. Her classroom experience has provided her with a sound knowledge of Lebanese and international curricula and empowered her to support children from different cultural backgrounds. Natasha holds a Masters in Educational Administration and a Masters in Animal Biology from the Lebanese University. YHIRA IBARGUEN Directora del programa Dirigiendo nuestro equipo de Desarrollo y Adquisición, Yhira se asegura de que el hardware y el software satisfagan nuestras necesidades globales. También está involucrada en los procesos de evaluación para la expansión global de BF, así como en la planificación y el seguimiento para una implementación exitosa de nuestro programa regional en América Latina y el Caribe.
Comparte su pasión por el conocimiento y la educación como medio para impulsar el cambio social. Trabajó como maestra de niños y adultos justo antes de comenzar su carrera en la nación.
JESSICA VILLA DAVILA Country Manager Jessica is the Country Manager for Colombia, she is in charge of managing the Breteau Foundation’s program in the region. She has worked as a classroom teacher for eight years for the International Baccalaureate (IB) school program. Thanks to her knowledge of the English language she has been able to work in several IB schools in Bogota and other education programs linked to artistic expressions. She has been trained in the use of e-learning strategies for educational purposes guiding her students to learn in a fun way whilst they get familiarized with the school curricula. She studied Literature at the National University of Colombia and has a Masters degree in Contemporary Culture, Art Institutions and Cultural Management. MICHELLE CHUNG Education Project Manager Michelle is based in London and supports the implementation of our programmes across multiple geographies with a specific focus on the launch of our 2021 Lebanon school. She is also responsible for identifying opportunities for growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and volunteering programmes. Michelle has worked with a range of global organisations including the Nike Foundation and Moody's Corporation, implementing partnerships across EMEA to scale community investments in the region. She draws inspiration from her early career as a Primary School Teacher in Indonesia and various roles delivering educational programmes for vulnerable youth. These experiences have shaped Michelle's ongoing commitment to education and exploring opportunities with organisations to support children from all cultural and social backgrounds to fulfil their potential. GAELLE BLONDEAU Education Project Manager Gaelle is based in London and her main focus will be working on the production of a children’s film on plastic to raise awareness about the dangers of plastic in our environments and inspire young children to take action against plastic. She will also help the team with her social media and communication expertise as well as developing long term partnerships with key actors partners in the edtech sector. Prior to joining the Breteau Foundation, Gaelle worked as a video strategist for StoryMe, a video production company across Europe. Her role at StoryMe was to develop year-long video strategies for clients by advising them on different types of video content, formats, technologies and platforms. Gaelle has also shot a documentary film and educational tool on social entrepreneurship amongst the youth. A few years ago, she co-founded the GoYoung Project, a social enterprise that disrupts the way youngsters viewed themselves in driving social change.
